A SPATIAL POETRY FOR A NEW CONCEPT OF RESTAURANT
41º EXPERIENCE was possibly the restaurant most similar to elBulli after its closing in 2011.
The clients, the brothers Albert and Ferrán Adrià, two of the best chefs in the world, have been highly acclaimed for their former superfamous restaurant, elBulli. They wanted a place where the guests have dinner inside a contemporary art work, more than merely an interior design exercise.
FROSTED RAIN is a permanent art installation that immerses the restaurant guests in a magical atmosphere during their dinners.
It is a dynamic scenography that frames the play which takes place every evening, and whose main actors are the served dishes.
An audiovisual resonance chamber. Aesthetically and conceptually inspired by the world of glaciers, FROSTED RAIN is a tribute to the 41º restaurant character as cocktail bar.
This dynamic space frames the staff precise movements and the magnificent food, offering all together a multisensory symphony to the guests. An unique experience for each one.
