”Educational systems need to embrace risk”
“Current education systems reward that everything remains within the provided guidelines. In the past century, a person who studied medicine was expected that he or she would work as a doctor, have a certain salary and retire at a pre-established age. However, one of the characteristics of our time is the unpredictability: Despite all the advances, no one knows how will be the world in which we will live within 20 years. Therefore, any educational system that wants to adapt to the 21st century has to embrace risk and teach students how to operate against unpredictable situations.”
